AABP, LLP is a growing medical group, we are currently conducting interviews for Part time Medical Assistants and Medical Receptionists.
- Will provide full office receptionist and administrative support, assist patients or family members with completion of medical insurance forms.
- Verify medical coverage and submit clinical documentation to insurance carriers in efforts to obtain authorization and overturn clinical denials.
- Schedule patients for office visits and procedures.
- Efficiency in coordinating and organizing appointments.
- Send out clinical information to referring MDs and insurance companies.
- Collect payments.
- Work well with Doctors and Physician Assistants.
SOFTWARE : Windows 10, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Advancemd.
Be well-spoken with good interpersonal skills and a team player. Two days per week.
