Marketing Manager Job Description

Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and forecasts to achieve objectives that includes the 5 P’s-Product, Placement, Price, People, Promotion and AIDA model
  • Manage social media by creating continuous content and campaigns 
  • Plan and oversee advertising and sponsorship activities including print, online electronic media and event needs
  • Evaluate all current collaterals and marketing materials based on segment target market and UVP to continue and develop a new and consistent brand image
  • Oversee all community outreach initiatives and events
  • Develop a business plan canvas document for each key target customer and identify UVP
  • Coordinate with Accounting to ensure processing of invoices and manual checks 
  • Monitor and evaluate online reputation and work closely with executive team in identifying performance issues
  • Plan and execute strategic OBGYN partnerships for patient referrals
  • Conduct monthly New Baby Seminar with Providers to educate expecting mothers  
  • Supervise the Marketing Associate and manages all of his/her responsibilities
  • Create all graphic design and content for website and all projects to maintain brand consistently
  • Increase and measure web traffic, bounce rate, conversions, or similar indicators 
  • Create and manage a R&R program 
  • Serve as company spokesperson and manage all relationships with media outlets

Required Education and Experience

  1. Bachelor's degree from an Accredited College/University and must have 5 years related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience that includes progressive management experience

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  1. Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  2. Excelled in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Lighthouse
  1. Ability to work in a team environment
  2. Basic professional or theoretical knowledge and fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of a particular field of specialization in the execution of assigned duties and responsibilities
  3. Basic understanding of budgetary concepts and procedures
  4. Ability to delegate tasks and get work done through others
  5. Demonstrates ability to community well with the general public; ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with management, vendor and co-workers.

Other Duties

 

Travel:  Travel is primarily local during the business day but will also need to utilize personal vehicle to travel to Duval and St. John County community partners for events, meetings and more

 

 

Supervisory Responsibility: Supervise Marketing Associate

 

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional medical office environment.  Position operates in a fast paced, highly customer service environment, working within the local community.  

 

 

 

Physical Demands

No physical demands, light lifting of up to 20 pounds to set up and break down at local events

 

 

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position does include various night and weekend events.
