**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status.
- Administer and manage medications, including IV therapy.
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Follow all safety and infection control protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
**Qualifications:**
- Current CNA license.
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Compassion and dedication to patient-centered care.
- Previous nursing experience is preferred but not required for new graduates.
