```Job Summary:```
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, ensuring the well-being of clients, and promoting their independence.
```Duties:```
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and tidying up
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professional
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided
```Experience:```
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia is a plus
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and the ability to maintain confidentiality is essential
- Experience in nursing homes or hospice care settings is beneficial
