House Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private residence. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a background in management. This role requires exceptional time management and customer service abilities to ensure the household runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Manage household staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and supervise residential cleaning and laundry services to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, inventory management, and purchasing supplies.
- Organize events and gatherings, ensuring all arrangements meet the expectations of the household.
- Maintain effective communication with household members regarding schedules, needs, and preferences.
- Implement and uphold organizational systems for household items and documents.
- Provide personal assistant support as needed, including running errands and managing appointments.

Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative roles or property management is preferred.
- Strong background in hospitality or hotel management is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills to foster positive relationships within the household.
- Proficiency in residential cleaning practices and laundry management.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with household staff as necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
