We are looking for an individual with skill, assisted living sales experience and a proven track record to fulfill our Community Liaison position for two of our communities in South Tampa. We believe that taking pride in everything we do for our residents is a calling.
Angels Senior Living expects each Community Liaison to be responsible for all sales activities from the generation of referral leads through the close of sale. The Liaison will help develop and implement a sales strategy to meet the business goals of our expanding company. These goals support the company's mission and values.
RESPONSIBILITIES
·Responsible for calling on all potential and current referral sources, local healthcare providers and trusted advisors.
·Demonstrates proficient technical selling skills and product knowledge to effectively present the network owned Assisted Living facilities best suited for the client's needs.
·Develop annual sales plan which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, to provide focus on meeting or exceeding sales quota.
·Demonstrates the ability to communicate and network with key referral sources.
·Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and current referral sources of the various solutions the company offers to consumers.
·Creates and conducts effective presentations of the agency's unique factors and competencies.
·Develops a database of qualified leads through referral, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, e-mail and networking.
·Build the reputation of the agency in the community by attending functions and events when requested.
·Demonstrates the ability to gather and submit detailed business information for forecasting referrals, admissions, revenue and analyzing competitors.
·Maintains accurate record of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls and follow up activities within the sales territory.
·Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and regulatory statutes of the state of Florida pertaining to marketing and sales.
·Participates and contributes to the development of educational programs offered to clients, prospects and administrative staff and the community.
REQUIREMENTS
·Minimum age requirement is 18.
·Related healthcare experience and knowledge required.
·Minimum of three years of recent Assisted Living Facility placement.
·Demonstrated history of positive sales results, preferably involving sophisticated and meaningful customer relationships that led to outstanding results.
·Excellent communication, negotiation and public relation skills.
·Compliance with accepted professional standards and practices.
·Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers.
·Satisfactory criminal background check.
·Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.
·Flexible and cooperative in fulfilling all obligations.
·Ability to be creative.
Ability to lift 50 pounds, frequently bend, sit or stand long periods of time.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
