About the team
Angi is seeking a Manager of Large Pro Growth strategy to join the Enterprise Sales team, focused on identifying, negotiating, and executing key strategies across the Home Interior Vertical. This role will be critical in developing targeted strategies and negotiating opportunities across top pro relationships to meet and exceed vertical growth targets.
The Manager will work directly with the VP of Enterprise Sales, Director of Business Development, Account Managers, Large Pro Analysis team, and Home Interior Category Management team in a unique opportunity to help lay the strategic foundation for growth with top pros. In this role, you are expected to leverage internal datasets to assess the health of top pro relationships, evaluate pro and competitor pain points, and establish actionable insights to unlock opportunities to grow large partnerships. You will negotiate new discount structures, develop vertical expertise to identify opportunities to turnaround decelerating relationships, and make strategic recommendations about the key levers available to pursue the largest impact across top pros.
We are looking for highly strategic individuals who are seeking a role combining analytical prowess, developing strategy, and executing on agreements and growth opportunities with pros to make an impact in Angi’s growth story for 2022 and beyond.
What you’ll do
- Driving expansion and growth with top pros. You will assess large pro pain points, determine key blockers to growth among top relationships, develop vertical expertise to assess the best levers in the Home Interior category, analyze internal datasets, and develop strategies to grow our most important pro relationships.
- Meet and negotiate with pros. You will leverage the business cases, analytical support, and strategic recommendations you developed to join meetings with top pros in your vertical and support Account Managers and the VP of Enterprise Sales in negotiating favorable, mutually beneficial relationships with large pros.
- Analyzing and measuring impact. Conduct assessments of strategies and pro research to track success of large pro recommendations, iterating on those strategies and assessing the best future approaches across your vertical.
Who you are
- You have 5 years of professional experience
- Ambitious, with a desire to learn and grow rapidly
- Strategic mindset combined with scrappy deal-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient in PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills (SQL knowledge preferred), with an ability to develop strategic recommendations to drive business decisions from large dataset assessments
- An interest in Angi, home services, marketplaces and / or product-driven organizations

Compensation & Benefits
- The salary band for this position ranges from $100,000-$120,000 commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.
