Restaurant Manager
- Managing the front of the house.
- Monitor food and beverage cost control.
- Oversee operations of a busy restaurant.
- Must have one to two years of management experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and follow through.
- The ability to handle criticism and provide feedback.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to multitask.
- Willingness and ability to establish effective working relationships with staff and customers.
- Handling guest issues and table touching.
- The ability to handle POS system and basic computer knowledge.
- Serve food and beverage to our guests in a manner that will exceed their expectations.
- Be a facilitator and provide assistance wherever help is needed.
- Cooking experience a huge plus!
- Food handlers permit or safe serve certification.
- Excellent salary / bonus package.
