SALARY: $70,000 annually relocation bonus based on eligibility

ROLE SUMMARY
Our early-career Sustainability & Procurement Development Program fosters the next generation of the leaders within the North American Sustainability & Procurement department. Throughout a 12-24 month rotational development program, you will be exposed to a wide variety of business areas such as Marketing, Packaging, Raw Materials, Logistics and Sustainability.
Successful candidates are bold, curious, and resilient individuals. In this role, you will be challenged with identifying and implementing cost, cash flow and supply security improvement opportunities through owning category strategy, developing business cases, and leading supplier negotiations. In addition, through Sustainable Sourcing we are leading the way to our Better World Dream and our 2025 Sustainability Goals.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and evaluate product and supplier information, analyze market trends and assess supply base
- Identify savings and cash flow improvement opportunities
- Explore and implement creative solutions to deliver on our 2025 Sustainability Goals
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, perform business case analysis, negotiate and contract sourcing solutions
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strongly Preferred: Current university student or recent graduate with degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, or Finance, Strategy or with experience/emphasis in Sustainability, Business Strategy and/or Procurement.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Collaborative mindset & effective communicator
- Strategic & conceptual thinking
- Capable of independently managing multiple projects simultaneously and comfortable navigating in ambiguous situations
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- As a general rule, the Company does not offer practical training positions for F-1 visa holders nor sponsor individuals for purposes of obtaining temporary work visas (e.g., H-1B) or permanent residency (“Green Cards”).
