I. SUMMARY OF POSITION PURPOSE
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives. Optimize the organization’s digital presence through SEO, online reputation and listings management, analytics and reporting.
II. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic visibility and rankings; Conduct keyword research and analysis; Monitor and report on SEO performance.
Monitor online reviews and manage the organization’s online reputation; Working in collaboration with appropriate internal stakeholders, respond to reviews and address customer feedback.
Manage online listings for providers and locations.
Track and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics 4 or other apps; Generate reports and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness; Provide regular updates to senior management on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
Collaborate with digital agency and internal stakeholders to maintain and optimize key website functionality including provider/locations directory, appointment scheduling, etc.
IV. EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field required
Five years of experience in marketing, communications or related field required
Experience using Google Analytics and SEMRush or similar platforms required
