This position is a hybrid of two roles: Physician Recruiter & Physician Liaison.)
Physician & Advanced Care Practitioner Recruiter - Execute all recruitment initiatives for AnMed Health and its affiliates. Identify and fill provider positions. Serve as the central point of contact between candidates and the network throughout the recruitment and on-boarding processes. Responsible for candidate sourcing, candidate tracking, candidate interviews, provider relations and integration into the network, and professional development and external activities.
Physician Liaison - Responsible for building relationships with AnMed Health referral sources (physicians, advanced care practitioners, practices and other hospitals). Initiates and coordinates communication between both parties while acting as liaison between management and referral sources. Research and analyze data on referral patterns to AH facilities to identify opportunities for growth and address concerns or issues that inhibit growth. Develop programs and identify opportunities that will add value to our referring physicians and patient population. Support AnMed Health Strategic Plan and individual Service Line goals.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required. Four (4) years' experience in healthcare-related sales, marketing, human resources or program development preferred. Mature professional with a minimum of one year's proven track record in physician-related direct sales, marketing, and program development. Two years of physician recruitment experience required. Self-starter with proven problem-solving abilities and solid follow-up communication. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Must be proficient with PC systems and have a high level of understanding and utilization of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and other databases. Position demands frequent travel, including some weekends. Analytical skills required to understand and interpret market and utilization data. Good driving record; ability to travel daily to offices, recruitment fairs and conferences required.
