At the heart of our mission is Acadia’s Comprehensive Treatment Centers (CTCs) division, specializing in medication-assisted treatment to combat opioid use disorders. Our CTCs integrate behavioral therapy with on-site medication, offering a broad spectrum of substance abuse treatment support services. These services encompass medical, counseling, vocational, educational, and other essential treatments, guiding patients towards recovery. The treatment models we employ include individual and group therapy, intensive outpatient programs, outpatient care, partial hospitalization/day treatment, road to recovery, and more.

 

We are currently inviting a passionate and dedicated professional to join our team as Regional Operations Director (ROD) within the Comprehensive Treatment Center division. As an ROD, you will play a crucial role in managing and operating clinics, particularly overseeing region 16, which spans 4 outpatient addiction recovery centers across Iowa and Michigan. Our goal is to provide holistic care, utilizing a blend of therapies and safe, effective medications to combat the opioid epidemic.

Responsibilities

Your Job Snapshot:

As a Regional Director, you will have the daily responsibility for clinic management and operations. Your role involves supervising and administering the assigned regional program clinics, ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards, successful business performance, and direct supervision of clinic directors and operations staff.

 

Your Responsibilities as a Regional Director:

 

  • Oversee overall regional performance and quality outcomes management, including client satisfaction with clinic and services.
  • Achieve regional financial goals to meet operations budget.
  • Ensure payer and referral source satisfaction within the region.
  • Drive physical plant improvements and maintain the appearance of supervised regions.
  • Guide clinic directors in organizational development and training of clinic staff.
  • Uphold company standards of conduct and comply with operating policies and procedures.
  • Review clinic and Opioid Treatment Division Policies and Procedures Manual(s) annually, providing recommendations for revision.
  • Implement and manage the Corporate HR system in supervised clinics.
  • Provide supervision to clinic department heads and other personnel as needed.
  • Manage public relations and marketing efforts related to clinic operation.
  • Maintain compliance with national accreditation, governmental regulations, and operating licenses for the clinics.

Qualifications

Your Skills and Qualifications as a Regional Director:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Master’s degree/MBA preferred.
  • Three years’ experience in healthcare multi-site management/ oversight required.
  • Experience in multi-site management/oversight required.
  • Proficiency in Profit and Loss (P&L) management, including oversight, management, and maintenance of facility budgets.
  • Business Development experience highly preferred.
  • Direct clinical experience working with narcotic addicted patients preferred.
