About the role
We are looking for a highly creative and motivated individual to join our team as Digital Production Designer at Ann Taylor. The main responsibility of the role is to provide production support to the brand creative team across digital and some print channels. The production designer will be working closely with all designers and project managers on a daily basis and will be reporting to the Senior Production Manager.
The impact you can have
- Works closely with designers and project managers to produce pixel-perfect digital (some print) collateral, based on pre-defined templates and style guides
- Responsible for upholding strict specifications for file naming conventions and file organization
- Prepare and deliver assets for email, paid marketing, social, web, and other digital channels
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with art directors, marketing managers, production manager, project managers and other cross-functional stakeholders
- Has an appreciation for design, photography, and type hierarchies, is comfortable working with precise technical specifications regarding image usage, media and file formats, file sizes, and copy styling
- Build and maintain organized production files
- Work closely with the team to streamline and develop workflows to better work with other members of the creative team, and cross-functionally
You’ll bring to the role
- Bachelor's Degree in Digital/Graphic Design, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of digital production experience
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Project management software
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
- A dedication to delivering high-quality, organized final projects

- The target salary range for this role is: $57 - $70K
*Any job offer will consider factors such your qualifications, relevant experience, and skills. Eligibility of certain benefits and associate programs are subject to employment type and role.
This position works in a hybrid model, with three days per week worked in the New York, NY location and two days per week worked remotely.
