The role and responsibilities of a Student Enrollment Officer are vital for the recruitment and admission of new students at Ann Webb Institute.
Job Responsibilities
Your core tasks are to attract prospective students and help them in securing admission. You will perform other tasks such as explaining the finer details about the institute, performing clerical tasks and other administrative functions. It is a job which requires a high amount of research and dedication on your behalf.
Core Job Responsibilities
Following are the chief job functions carried out by an Admissions Recruiter:
•Conduct interviews and entrance interviews
•Facilitate tours and orientations on the first day
•Enrolling prospect students
•Working closely to the Directors of the Institute
•Flexible Schedule for Institute tours
•Organizing orientation for newly recruited students and guiding them through the various sub processes involved in the institution.
•Representing the institution in different career fairs, events and communicating with other organizations for exchanging information and details about different students, thus increasing the number of prospective students
•Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills
Positive Attitude and enthusiasm
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
must be driven to succeed
They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly and upbeat disposition
Experience in recruiting or sales
Determination to meet deadlines
Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday 9am-4pm (schedule can be negotiated)
Pay starting at $20 an hour.
