This person will need to have good organization skills as well as good communication skills with client, staff, contractors and vendors.
. Communicate with contractors on multiple jobs on schedules, deliveries and installations.
.Communicate with clients on project progress, schedules, and installations.
.Communicate with staff on project progress, schedules and installations.
.Communicate with clients weekly on progress reports.
.Communicate with the CEO on status of all projects, emails, and communications.
.Keep track of orders and communicate that to CEO, clients and staff.
.Get notes from Designers daily and put into dropbox and asana.
.Order product memos and get pricing.
.Put products into Studio for proposals.
.Run errands necessary for projects.
.Check in merchandise.
.Take care of returns if necessary.
.Attend contract and client meetings when necessary.
.Responsible for Contractor calendar and schedules.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
