Role

Seeking to add talented, full stack developers to our team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery and Ajax and be entirely comfortable with all aspects of development in a LAMP environment. As a full stack PHP developer, you would lead innovative efforts surrounding both customer-facing solutions as well as enhance internal tools to streamline processes. Reporting relationship

- Reports to Technology Director

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING. OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED

- Responsible for all technical aspects of websites, including performance issues such as speed, security and approved site content.

- Plans, develops, tests, edits, maintains, documents and controls content, and look and flow of new or existing websites.

- Determines or helps determine most effective database design or site component programming, and assists in scheduling upgrades and changes.

- Applies knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems to constantly improve site performance.

- Analyzes and scans new or existing systems and programs, and develops or recommends new or existing process modifications for security requirements.

Accountabilities

- Site performance, stability, look and flow of all websites.

- Facilitation of inter-department requests for site modifications, updates and redesigns

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery and Ajax and be entirely comfortable with all aspects of development in a LAMP environment. Qualifications

n Solid understanding of web standards, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility and security.

n Have solid or good knowledge of programming languages used on websites. This is a must for debugging errors.

n Any combination of education or experience that provides required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the position.

n Good communication skills for clarifying site goals and performance benchmarks.

n Be able to complete full work days seated at computer, using keyboard and mouse, reading and updating websites and email.
