Job Posting for Trust / Accounting Clerk at Annuity Health
The Trust / Accounting Clerk post trust department transactions, processes accounts payable invoices, assist in preparation of client invoices and supports the department with other duties as needed.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process vendor payables weekly
Assist with processing and emailing client statements
Posting of checks/money orders received by mail
Assist with processing credit card payments received by mail/over the phone
Assist with electronic file processing as needed
Represent the Company in a positive manner through professional conduct, attitude, and appearance
Understand and comply with company policies and procedures
Follow Company Confidentiality and Security policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Intermediate knowledge of the cash posting functions in FACS preferred
Intermediate knowledge of the A/P functions in Sage 300, preferred
Intermediate software skills in Excel and Word
High school diploma or GED or three to six months of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of educations and experience
Efficient ten key skills a must (minimum 10,000 kph)
