Office Assistant
Perform reconciliations, enter bills, enter/ review postings, prepare reports and other administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, as well as answering the phones.
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
· Account reconciliations;
· Record, store and analyze bills;
· Prepare various reports;
· Answer telephones, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals;
· Create, maintain, and enter information into databases;
· Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, such as attendance records, correspondence, or other material;
· Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, 10 key calculators and phone systems as well as arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions;
· and day to day administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
Must be able to proficiently use:
· Printers and Scanners;
· Multiline Telephones;
· 10 Key calculator;
· MSOffice Suite;
· and be tech savvy.
Skills needed include;
· Effective communication in both oral and written form;
· Active Listening to encompass full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
· Efficient time management of one’s own time and the time of others.
· Attention to detail as the job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.
Qualifications are
· A high degree of maturity is required for this position and a proven track record of a minimum of 5 years of experience.
· Experience with Microsoft office programs and QuickBooks is a must.
· Applicants must be drug free, pass a driving history screening and criminal background check.
· Must be willing to relocate to southeastern New Mexico.

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
