Production Team in Blair, Nebraska as a Shipping and Receiving Specialist @ Anova.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and coordinate domestic and international shipments and the receipt of all products, materials, and supplies for a fast-paced operation
• Collaborate and communicate with the operations team, service providers, and others in the shipment and receipt of products
• Track, trace, and update the status of shipments
• Complete all shipping documentation per regulations
• Safely pack and palletize shipments as needed
• Complete final inspection of all orders
• Receive deliveries and unload packages and pallets from trucks
• Collect packing lists and verify parts and quantities are correct
• Distribute packages as required
• Complete all Shipping and Receiving functions in ERP
• Complete and file all required paperwork
• Manage all storage locations, including properly storing and taking inventory of all materials
• Support Physical Inventory and Cycle Count activities
• Coordinate with purchasing as needed to ensure 100% availability of materials
• Pulls product as needed to support operation
• Keep warehouse and office clean and organized
• Support other operations activities as assigned

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Relevant work experience (ideally 1 years) within manufacturing, production/assembly, and supply chain management (purchasing, receiving, warehousing, inventory control, quality assurance, etc.)
• Experience operating a forklift a plus, but can train.
• Basic understanding of shipping materials domestically and internationally
• Experience or familiarity in shipping electronics with lithium batteries/shipping electronics preferred, but not required
• Team player with effective communication and collaboration skills, including a hands-on, roll up the sleeves attitude to juggle multiple projects and workstreams in a fast-paced team environment
• Ability to complete tasks efficiently and within constraints according to standard cycle times while adhering to all company procedures and safety guidelines
• Ensure quality products and services with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and exceed expectations
• Proficient with computer applications, including Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.); Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools (e.g. Macola, Epicor, Great Plains, etc.) is a plus
• Able to work while standing, for prolonged periods of time (up to 8 hours) and to perform repetitive lifting (up to 40 pounds unassisted), including using appropriate lifting techniques to avoid injury
• High School diploma or GED required
