What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance position at ANR Properties?
We are looking to add to our maintenance crew. We are in need of an individual that can perform tasks such as, appliance delivery, small repairs, junk haul, minor plumbing and painting, as well as other duties that may arise. We run a crew Monday - Friday 8-5. We need an individual who can work as a team or occasionally alone. A self-starter that can take direction. Basic knowledge of minor household maintenance. Pay is D.O.E. Must have a clean driving record as well as criminal history.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.22 - $18.10 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
