ANS Geo is hiring a Recruiting Specialist for any of our offices in South Plainfield, NJ; Albany, NY; Charlottesville, VA; Columbus, OH; and Austin, TX. Being a small company comprised of 60 staff, we expect all team members to be proactive and willing to help in a variety of ways. That being said, here are the main responsibilities we would like to see in the role:

· Collaborate with hiring managers to determine hiring needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles

· Write job descriptions and manage job postings

· Organize, market, and attend career fairs

· Screen applications and schedule interviews

· Actively source candidates using job boards, linked-in, and social media

· Build and maintain a network of candidates or potential candidates for later sourcing

· Perform phone screenings and/or 1stround interviews with potential candidates

· Drive social media presence to help attract potential candidates

The most important requirement to us, is finding someone who exudes our company culture along with these requirements listed below:

· Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related degree. Related experience could be considered in the absence of a degree.

· 2 years of experience performing related job duties

· Valid US Driver’s License

· Ability to travel on occasion (on average once a quarter) for events and job fairs

Listed below are some highlights of our expected compensation and benefits package for this role:

· Base salary of $60,000-$70,000 depending on experience

· Bonuses depending on company and individual performance

· 100% Employer Paid Health Care including medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and qualifying dependents

· Flexible PTO with an expectation of up to 20 PTO days a year

· 8 Company Holidays as well as week-long company breaks in Summer and Winter

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
