SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION:
ANSER has an exciting new opportunity to support the newly formed Research and Analytics (R&A) directorate in the Office of Industrial Base Policy. The main focus of the R&A directorate is responsible for assessing industry sectors, industrial base capabilities, and defense supply chains to identify barriers to resilience and develop corresponding policies and strategies to mitigate these challenges. We are seeking candidates to support this office in the following areas:
- Data Analysis and data management
- Market and Financial Analysis
- Operations Research
- Strategic and Critical Materials Experts
- Acquisition Process Modernization
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- SECRET clearance required
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of/experience in one of the following technical areas: Microelectronics, Battery & Power Storage, Critical Minerals / Materials, Kinetics (missiles / munitions / hypersonics)
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work well in a team setting and provide guidance to junior engineers and technical analysts.
- Candidate must provide documentation to substantiate fully vaccinated status against the COVID 19 virus.
EDUCATION & YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience
