Joint Fires Test & Evaluation SME: ANSER is seeking Joint Fires subject matter experts to provide test planning, CONOPS/CONEMPS/TTP development and test execution support for 12 month Quick Reaction Tests (QRTs) and 2-3 year Joint Tests (JTs).

Pay Range: 85k-160k

- Work with Test Planners, ORSAs and Test Leads to develop the draft test plan
- Support stakeholder test plan coordination and information gathering to build and refine test products (e.g., CONOPS, CONEMPS, TTP)
- Build realistic scenarios and objectives for rigorous product testing and evaluation
- Support test execution, data collection, test product revision(s) and reporting
- Active Top Secret security clearance or expiration of clearance within the past 2 years
- Joint Fires planning and/or operational experience at AOC, JOC, MAJCOM or CCMD levels
- Strong interpersonal/social skills; proven staff officer/contractor support excellence
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in staffing, communication, and coordination efforts across commands, services, and/or Joint Staff
- A bachelor’s degree or higher and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an associate’s degree and 7 years of relevant experience
Pay Range: 85k-160k
