Specific Job Description
ANSER is seeking Project Manager to manage the daily activities for the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Nuclear Matters OASD(NCB/NM).
Specifically, The Analyst Will
- Coordinate across divisions/tasks to ensure balanced workloads.
- Ensure the right person with the best skills works on the right tasks.
- Coordinate tasks that impact multiple Offices or the entire OASD(NCB/NM) to ensure all task contributors work together to produce a quality product that represents all the equities of the contributing Office.
- Ensure the timely delivery of all tasks.
- Ensure product peer review to ensure quality control.
- Review product submission for high-visibility deliverables.
- Must possess a Top-Secret clearance and must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) with ten (10) years of documented experience in leadership, management, oversight, and/or program management
- At least five (5) years of experience successfully managing several direct reports across multiple functional areas (Preferred)
- At least five (5) years of experience managing contracts (Preferred)
- Exposure to a scientific, engineering or technical field
- Demonstrated experience working in an Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD)/Joint Staff/Interagency environment
