Anthem's Clinical and Specialty Pharmacy Team is hiring a Clinical Pharmacy Account Director. This high-performing individual contributor is the conduit between our clients and our clinical teams. He/she will serve as the clinical face to perspective and existing clients, will work with our sales teams to support client meetings, and will deliver our strong value proposition for why IngenioRx from a clinical perspective.
Pharmacy Account Dir
Location: Remote
Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external clients and prospects to support business growth.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Execute strategic sales and tactical plans by consulting with key decision makers and operational stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing support to PBM field sales team during RFP processes.
- Assist in the development of recommendations for outcomes-based savings and revenue opportunities.
- Assist operations in developing key therapeutic programs based on earnings potential.
- Assist in meeting pharmacy growth goals.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
- For URAC accredited areas the following applies: Requires strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Pharmacy License or equivalent service in specialty Rx arena is strongly preferred.
- Prior experience working for a PBM company in a client-facing role strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in Labor/Trust client support experience strongly preferred.
