Financial Account Operations Specialist
Cincinnati, OH
3 days in Cincinnati office hub; 2 days remote

The Financial Account Operations Specialist performs diverse operational financial and policy activities of a non-routine nature. Interprets and communicates departmental and organizational policies and procedures. will require the applicant to be in the Cincinnati office 2-3 days per week every week.
Primary duties may include but are not limited to:
- Receives, validates, and enters information into Finance systems.
- Adheres to maintained internal controls and tracking reports for reconciliations and analysis.
- Monitors and update controls to ensure compliance.
- Conducts independent analysis for the purpose of resolving complex and varied work process issues.
- Conducts processing of live checks and mail.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Requires a H.S. Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS/Excel required.
Preferred Requirements:
- AA Degree in Accounting preferred.
