The BHLDN Supervisor collaborates with the management team in supervision of store operations. This includes leading a store environment that is engaging and inspiring through ownership of floor supervision, driving sales, and protecting a balance between service and tasking.
Customer Experience
- Influence: leads the team as a brand representative reflective of company values; partners with the team on the creation of an engaging service environment
- Customer Connection: empowers the team to drive sales through personalized service, elevated styling, and outfitting recommendations; creates inspiring selling initiatives that enhance the customer experience and increase conversion
- Utilize in Store Technology: delivers a seamless, omni-channel shopping experience through understanding and utilization of systems and applications for an efficient customer engagement
Leadership Team Management
- Empowerment: acts as an elevated team member, exercising decision-making and multitasking capabilities while always prioritizing service over tasks
- Lead by Example: actively participates in managing the store environment and customer experience by facilitating an energized pace, positivity of the team, management of the daily zone, and driving sales
- Develop & Coach: provides timely and specific employee feedback to create a culture of action and accountability; prioritizes new hire development to protect the employee experience
Visual Business Operations
- Manage Operations: sustains daily operating standards by taking an active role in assessing sales forecasting, managing payroll to facilitate an effective daily zone chart, and the execution of product flow
- Support Product Flow: collaborates with key partners to effectively execute shipment processing; supports and ensures markdown, transfer, and restock processes are executed timely and accurately
- Visual Priorities: helps implement visual direction and decisions made by the Shop Manager, Visual Merchandising Manager, and Store Brand Leader; maintains a clean shop to ensure the customer experience is protected
- Awareness: adheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store
Communication Relationships
- Store Community: leads with an inclusive and people-first philosophy; engages employees at all levels to encourage open dialogue, reinforce follow through, and ensure that the store team is heard and supported
- Communication: stays current and responds to communication; contributes to sharing information with the team and actively participates in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses
- Share Knowledge: takes initiative in teaching and sharing product knowledge, brand messaging, and how to deliver exceptional customer interactions by utilizing brand product and training resources
- Build Relationships: checks in with stylists and associates to maintain communication and teamwork on completing store objectives; is open and responsive to feedback
