About the Position:
We are looking for a part-time (21 - 25 hours) Front Desk Associate who is interested in the skin/wellness industry. We love to describe our Front Desk staff as traffic controllers! They direct our technicians to the proper rooms, check clients in and out, organize the puzzle of our daily schedule (things are always changing!), and overall they keep our offices running smoothly and efficiently. There is a large focus on paperwork and organizing, phone calls and upselling-- the right candidate would be a great multi-tasker!

This position does require the individual to be familiar with all services provided by AAC, in order to properly book appointments and cross-sell. In addition, it is required that the employee deal appropriately with confidential information, as we are a medical spa and follow HIPAA guidelines. Note that our offices (in West Haven and Fairfield) can be very fast paced and there is not much down-time, which usually results in an exciting day!
Requirements
- Flexible availability between Monday through Saturday, hours may vary, but most likely we will need someone Tuesday - Saturday (Fridays & Saturdays we close at 4pm) which will most likely be divided between our West Haven and Fairfield offices.
Mock schedule:
Tuesday - 4 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Wednesday - 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Thursday - 4 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Saturday - 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- Once fully trained, comfortable opening and closing the building on your own
- Ability to self-manage and use time efficiently, while you are at work you should be focused on work-- there is always something to do!
- Critical thinker who is detail oriented, without letting things fall through the cracks.
- Previous customer service or office experience preferred.
