About the role
As the Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner and Office Manager, you will play a key role in organising and planning the MP’s diary, leadership team's agenda and running of the day-to-day operations and vibe.
As the Executive Assistant you will:
- Manage the MP's calendar including meetings, travel, and timezone complexities across APAC
- Manage correspondence between internal and external stakeholders
- Support team and leadership meetings including document management, reporting, and logistics
- Lead the relationship with our co-working space, and all related matters to office space
- Organise all team events, strategy days, monthly drinks and Christmas parties more!
- Work on special projects across various functions inc program, marketing, origination etc
