Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, plan and build the technology practice of the Salesforce platform.
- Act as a thought leader for the practice area (ex. Writing blog posts, speaking at events, giving demos, etc.)
- Responsible for the P&L of the practice.
- Assist in the creation of best practices and COE model for the SFDC practice.
- Foster relationships within existing clients as well as nurture leads and build new clientele in conjunction with sales and marketing teams.
- Execute a variety of prospecting and relationship development activities with new and established accounts.
- Create and develop necessary white papers, solution accelerators, collateral and IP for establishing TechWish as a service provider for SFDC in the marketplace.
- Work with cross-functional teams to bring offerings to market
- Improve and expand partnerships with Salesforce community
- Maintain ownership of all technical aspects of the SFDC practice: project management, program management, analysis, architecture, evaluation, design, build, data migrations/quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, custom development and client service/satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other technical and non-technical team members, clients, and vendors to define, build, and deliver solutions. create highly capable, high performing team within the Salesforce Development practice area
- Build and execute structured programmes for training and development of resources to align with Salesforce practice objectives
- Plan and deliver work with remote teams - onshore, nearshore and offshore
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a "Salesforce platform Practice Lead”
- Overall 15 years of experience in the IT Industry covering all facets of solution delivery and solution sales.
- Strong executive presence and ability to interact with C-Level roles.
- Successful deliveries of large, complex salesforce programs spanning multiple solutions, integration and deployments
- Experience with various CRM functional solutions architecture.
- Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development
- Demonstrated ability to deliver full systems development lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation for various functional architecture solutions.
- Experience working with Integrators, end-clients in a services delivery model.
- Ability to travel up to 30% to attend customer and consultant meetings.
- Experience of leveraging an onsite service / solution delivery model.
- Experience of working in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $175,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
