Overview: We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR sourcing, talent management, and negotiation skills. If you are passionate about finding top technical talent and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. Duties: - Source, screen, and recruit top technical talent for various positions - Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from job posting to offer negotiation - Utilize sales techniques to attract passive candidates - Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress - Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers - Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements Requirements: - Proven experience in technical recruiting or a similar role - Strong knowledge of HR sourcing strategies and talent management techniques - Ability to negotiate job offers and close candidates effectively - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - Experience with employee relations and ADP is a plus - Excellent relationship management skills - Proficiency in conducting interviews and assessing technical skills - Leveraging social media platforms for recruitment purposes This is a paid position with opportunities for career growth and development.
