Job Overview:
We are seeking a Retail Laboratory Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet revenue goals
- Train, supervise, and evaluate staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions
- Create promotional campaigns to drive customer engagement
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner

Skills:

-Must be able to collect specimens: Blood, Hair follicle, DNA

-Be a phlebotomist and have medical Assistant Skills
-Excellent computer skills
- Strong knowledge of retail operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven experience in supervising and leading a team for over 1 million revenue
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
