Store Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers
Expand store traffic and optimize profitability
Meet or exceed sales goals
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints)
Be a shining example of good behavior and high performance
Know and implement company policy & procedures
Know and implement State & Federal Regulations
Recruit and train store-level employees as needed

Providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer management skills
Strong organizational skills
Excellent attendance record and reliable transportation
Initiative to make decisions with or without being given instructions to do so
Other tasks as needed by the supervisor
