Self Esteem Brands, LLC the parent company of Anytime Fitness, Waxing The City, The Bar Method, Basecamp Fitness and Stronger U is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist for The Bar Method.

Overview :

This person will be responsible for developing content across owned media channels on The Bar Method and its digital streaming platform, Bar Online.

Purpose / Impact : (Duties & Essential Functions)

Develop content for owned channels including website, national and local campaigns, social media, email / CRM, the Bar Online Facebook community group, along with providing additional copywriting support as needed.

Create best-in-class social media content across established and growth channels

Develop a strong social media strategy

Work cross-functionally with operations, brand marketing and L&D to ensure integrated consumer experiences at every stage in the funnel

Execute against SEO opportunities that support overall content strategy

Review and update existing content and create new content to fill editorial gaps

Manage influencer partnerships in tandem with the Paid Media team

Analyze content performance and provide recommendations for future content production

Utilize a CMS and workflow platform to schedule, draft and publish content

Research and analyze the external environment to curate and re-share existing content while keeping in mind market dynamics, trends, size, segmentation, customer needs, applicable and emerging content areas, and the competitive landscape?

Background :

Bachelor's degree in advertising, communications, marketing, related field or equivalent training / experience?

1-3 years industry experience required?

Video production skills

Must be passionate about storytelling, writing and social media content production

Experience in executing against an established social media content calendar

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where the demands and directions of the work are constantly changing
