POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Health Coach, you'll meet consistently with your clients to track their progress, develop healthy lifestyle habits, and set weekly accountability goals. To ensure clients are consistently developing a greater exercise competency, you’ll identify and assign workout programming, conduct bi-weekly personalized training sessions, and lead functional training sessions with your clients utilizing Myzone heart rate technology. As a whole, the Health Coaches mission is to guide each client to recognize a healthier life by equipping them with the tools, knowledge and confidence to be successful.
To be considered for this position you must be a self-starter, have a positive attitude, and be eager to serve others. This position takes responsibility for ensuring our members are staying engaged with our facility and their goals.
· Manage client engagement.
· Maintain a high level of customer service through building relationships with client and members.
· Execution our Health Coaching program.
· Weekly meetings with clients to track their progress.
· Leading team functional training sessions daily.
· Willingness to help maintain a clean and safe facility for members.
· Participate in weekly Health Coaching meetings.
· Assist with new membership sales appointments as needed.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
· Having a great attitude and desire to help others achieve their goals.
· Strong customer service skills.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to multi-task.
· Basic Microsoft Word/Excel skills.
· Degree in exercise physiology, nutrition or personal training certification preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
