Come work for a professional and stable company in Newport Beach! We are currently seeking a Full-Time Payroll Assistant.
Position Summary: Provides full support for biweekly payroll processes.
Responsibilities:
• Review time sheets, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
- Input hours, compile employee time, import hours from Time and Attendance program
- Process paperwork for new employees and enter new hire information into the payroll system.
- Bill properties for payroll and post payroll invoices to accounting.
- Complete and issue all required payroll reports.
- Administer COBRA compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of ADP, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Good writing and verbal communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Able to get along and assist employees at all levels of the organization
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent data entry skills
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Will be subject to a Background/Physical
- Must have a valid California Driver’s License
