Regional Manager – Inland Empire (Fontana, Rialto, and Ontario)
Experienced Regional Manager needed for 1,000 multi-family units. This person needs to have the ability to multi-task and to work with people effectively.

Requirements:
- 3 years experience in Class B & C properties
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have Valid CA Driver's License
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field helpful
- Strong Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Yardi experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Include overall accountability for all operations of the properties
- Ensure maintenance standards are achieved
- Expertise and support to ensure properties operative efficiently and operatively
- Maintain high occupancy
- Manage property inspections including city and HUD REAC
- Prepare operating budgets to achieve financial goals
- Community standards and guiding staff to achieve those goals
