Responsibilities:
- Assess eligibility and facilitate benefit enrollment processes
- Engage with clients through inbound and outbound calls
- Schedule appointments for clients interested in our benefits
- Conduct virtual presentations to explain insurance products and benefits
- Complete insurance applications and necessary underwriting tasks
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
- Drive sales and upsell insurance products to new and existing clients
Requirements:
- Reliable computer/laptop with a functioning camera
- Cell phone with unlimited long-distance calling capability
- Access to Wi-Fi
