Client Overview:
In collaboration with a distinguished commercial general contractor, AO HR Solutions, LLC is spearheading the search for a highly skilled Superintendent. This General Contractor has established an enviable reputation for excellence across diverse projects, ranging from medical facilities to retail establishments.

Role Overview:
As a Superintendent, you will be pivotal in orchestrating, managing, and bringing to fruition intricate construction projects. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in line with our client's unwavering commitment to quality.

Location Requirement:
Candidates must either reside within a commutable distance of Bristol, TN or be in the process of planning a relocation to the area before commencing the role.

Compensation:

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000.
• Comprehensive benefits package designed to meet the diverse needs of candidates and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion a robust safety culture, prioritizing an environment free from harm.
• Direct and oversee subcontractors, ensuring a streamlined workflow and adherence to quality benchmarks.
• Lead pivotal meetings, including daily standup sessions and weekly trade gatherings.
• Collaborate seamlessly with project managers to align with overarching project objectives.
• Manage and oversee project budgets, schedules, documentation, and reporting.
• Play a central role in business development by fostering client relationships and spearheading project pursuits.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's in construction management or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years in the construction sector with at least 8 years dedicated to field supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Office, project management software, and contemporary construction technologies.
• Comprehensive understanding of Lean principles and contemporary project management methodologies.
• Ability to fulfill physical demands such as lifting 50 pounds, occasional travel, and flexible working hours.
