Maintenance
Immediate opening for full-time maintenance worker, minimum 2 years’ experience in community association industry.
- Seeking an applicant who is energetic, self-starting, and able to perform quality work unsupervised.
- Candidate will have a strong work ethic, be friendly and flexible and be able to communicate well with the residents and management.
- Knowledge of landscaping, irrigation repair, and painting. .
- Ability to safely use and operate all tools, power tools and work materials related to this position.
- Be able to carry out all assigned duties safely, properly, and efficiently with high quality and minimal supervision.
- The ideal person would always maintain a neat, clean, and orderly appearance.
- Candidate should be prompt and reliable.
- Must be able to read and write English
- Applicant must be able to do heavy lifting.
- Candidate must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Candidate must provide personal and professional references.
- Candidate should also be able to work on weekends and holidays.
- Hourly pay $15 - $18, pending experience.
