Summary:

Aoka provides various services to federal, state, and local governments. We are looking for various licensed engineers to be part of multiple large commercial projects throughout the State of Texas.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • NCARB licensure.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in multifamily housing design or construction or inspection.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular updates on project milestones and developments.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and materials.
  • Utilize advanced software tools for reporting and communication.
  • Work closely with internal and external teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and other specialists.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Stay informed about changes in regulations, codes, and industry best practices.
  • Pursue ongoing education and professional development opportunities to maintain licensure.

Compensation and Benefits:

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: Remote but the candidate needs to be in Dallas Fort-Worth, TX or in 50 miles radius of Dallas Fort-Worth.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
