Job Duties & Requirements:
- Fills requisitions from the nursing department for a variety of medical and other supplies.
- Assembles items and delivers to apporparte place .
- Assembles items received in an organized manner .
- Makes sure that supply rooms , stays organized and clean.
- Sets up residents medical records; collects information form nursing staff, physicians and other sources and updates records, thins charts and closes chart when necessary.
- Monitors and audits records for completeness and accuracy.
- Uploads physicians orders, lab results and department reports to the medical records.
