What are the responsibilities and job description for the Memory Care STNA position at AOM Healthcare?

Memory Care State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Up to $26.92 an hour.

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide ADL assistance to residents such as feeding, ambulating, transferring, positioning, etc.

  • Assist patients with person hygiene such as bedpans, urinals, showers, Petc.

  • Communicate any changes in residents condition to charge nurse or Director of Nursing

  • Ensure patient vitals are being monitored

  • Assists with admissions, transfers, and discharges of patients.

  • Documenting tasks by completing reports and record

  • Follow Policies and Procedures
