Aon is looking for a Health Solutions Assistant Vice President – Middle and Large Market
As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Health Solutions from our Richmond, VA office but with flexibility to other locations such as (DC, PA, or MD).
Your Impact as a Health Solutions Consulting Account Executive
The purpose of this role is project management of client work. This position will support the lead consultant on some client assignments and/or participate with other consultants in the servicing of middle and large market clients. It includes analysis, drafting or coordinating reports, participation in client meetings and the identification of client needs for other services. Benefits work includes: benefit audits, benchmarking, participating in M&A projects, compliance, financial projections of benefits costs, monthly financial reports for certain self- funded plans, supporting clients' day-to-day needs, proposal and report preparation and presentation.
Job Responsibilities:

Prepares or finalizes reporting and materials for benefits projects.

Conducts meetings and takes notes, monitors, and performs deliverables and accountabilities based on project scope and statement of work.

Identifies additional potential work and any out-of-scope services requested by client. May sell or introduce new services.

Works individually or with other consultants to finalize projects, and monitors time spent and project budget at first level.

Makes analytical projections and material conclusions for work conducted.

Conducts studies and makes intermediate or final recommendations.

Articulate findings to clients, and work with them in a consultative manner.

Resolves client issues at appropriate levels and advises other team members of pertinent issues.

Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
You Bring Knowledge and Expertise
Required Experience:
-
Eight plus years of experience in Health and Benefits
-
Eight plus years of experience in a HR consulting firm or professional services firm.

Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
-
Strong organizational skills
-
Ability to handle multiple projects at one time
-
Project management and strong analytical ability
-
Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office
-
Working knowledge of benefits and services offered and value to clients

Strong presentation skills
Preferred Experience:

Project management certification is a plus
Education:

Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience
