Group Controller

Position Overview:
The Group Controller reports to the Group Chief Financial Officer. This position will be responsible for providing financial analysis, reports, and support to the C-line executives. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing both regular and ad hoc reports and collaborating closely with the C-line executives to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for our internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the monthly consolidation process including managing the global intercompany process and review of monthly consolidated results.
- Work with international intercompany owners to resolve out-of-balance accounts.
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts, including cash flow projections.
- Collaborate and business partner with C-line executives, affiliated international entities and intradisciplinary teams to ensure that financial objectives are met and that the business is operating efficiently.
- Develop and maintain financial models to aid decision-making.
- Support multiple Corporate Finance & Accounting projects to improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial processes.
- Conduct analysis of financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Assist with the preparation of board materials and other financial presentations.
- Present findings and recommendations concerning financial, accounting and business issues
- Ensure that financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Support the C-line with ad hoc requests, as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Desired Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance-related role.
- Knowledge of Consolidation process.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and other financial software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience working in a multinational company would be an advantage.
- May require frequent standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
