What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Caretaker position at Apartment Complex?
Seeking a full-time superintendent for 54 unit apartment complex. Should be experienced in grounds-keeping and maintenance. You will be responding to tenants maintenance needs, readying vacant units for new tenants and supervising contractors on the property. Knowledge of plumbing, electric and basic carpentry are important. Willingness to be on call 24/7 required. Experience with snow removal is a plus. Looking to hire someone for a long-term position.
