We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for our brand new, 180 unit apartment community located in Burlington, NC. You will be responsible for all aspects of apartment maintenance for an apartment community.
The right candidate will possess the technical skills required to provide quality turns, handle timely resident service requests, and perform preventive maintenance on a schedule, as well as the customer service skills to communicate well with team members and customers, and the caring to make sure the property is clean and trash-free every day.
Maintenance experience in residential community or similar is highly valued.
The ideal candidate will have:
CFC & HVAC certification required.
CPO Highly Preferred
Skills in plumbing and electrical
Reliable transportation in the form of a truck or maintenance vehicle and valid driver’s license is required.
