- Greeting prospective residents while qualifying and determining needs and preferences.
- Professionally presenting the community and specific apartments while communicating features and benefits.
- Answering incoming calls, and converting leasing calls to visits.
- Understanding your market and where we stand in comparison in terms of rental rates, concessions and amenities.
- Conducting outreach marketing.
- Creating a strong sense of community within our community.
- Working renewals from the moment a resident moves in.
- Completing lease / renewal paperwork for approval.
- Ensuring that we continue to provide the best in Customer Care
