Our House Keepers are honest, reliable, and hard-working. Our ideal candidate is someone who possesses knowledge of commonly used housekeeping concepts, practices, and procedures to care for our community.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Responsible for cleaning move out apartment units and touching up units in preparation for new residents.
• Ensures offices, hallways, models, and target apartments are kept in a clean and orderly condition at all times.
• Clean office windows and doors, empty trash throughout the office including coffee bar, mailroom, fitness center, and other common areas.
• Handles laundry for the fitness center and cleaning supplies.
• Stock, organize and inventory cleaning supplies.
• Sanitizing indoor and outdoor bathrooms daily or as needed.
• Assist in organizing and straightening overall appearance of models, pool area furniture, clubhouse, fitness center and other shared areas.

SKILLS and REQUIREMENTS

• Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability.
• Work well unsupervised.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Maintain a friendly and customer service-oriented approach to co-workers and residents.
• Ability to work on-call and for extended hours, including after hours and weekends, if necessary.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, stoop, squat, kneel and lift over 20 pounds.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• General office and workroom conditions.
• Exposure to weather conditions when walking and working on the property.
