What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Maintenance Technician position at Apartner?
We are hiring Maintenance help for immediate needs!
Please schedule a time for interview if you are skilled with: interior /exterior painting, appliance
repair, apartment turns/make-ready work, maintenance service requests, troubleshooting repair
issues, installing locks/making keys, daily upkeep of cleaning and removing trash from common
areas, leasing office, laundry rooms, apartment models, public restrooms and hallways/elevators.
Do you have experience with power washing, touch up painting, replacing light bulbs in common
areas, basic pool cleaning? If so, we want you to join our team!
Experience in the apartment industry a plus!
Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn. We can accommodate part-time and full-time
availability!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Panama City, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
Work Location: One location
